Implantation bleeding 👹

Day 2: heavier red blood/cramps nausea

Day 3: moderate brown bleeding/cramps

Day 4: light brown spotting 

Day 5: extremely light brown spotting/headache/nausea

I just got off of birth control due to strange symptoms, and it took the "bleeding" 4 days to arrive.. I recently started a new prescription and thought it could be messing with the effectiveness of the birth control.I took a test on day 3 after stopping birth control and it was negative. Should I test again? Or do you think it's just AF being wacky from the birth control. Anyone have something similar happen and end up pregnant?
