can I have canned chili with beans?

I've been craving canned chili with beans for the the longest time.

I'm 24 & 2 days pregnant today.

I would obviously heat it up and maybe add some melted shredded cheese.

It's a processed food high in sodium and additives...you can certainly indulge every now and then just drink tons of water😉

The worst that's happened to me from canned chilli and beans is heart burn so I say go for it.. lol a lil heart burn was worth it

Before I found out I was pregnant I craved canned chili with beans and for like 2 months that's all I ate. I'm 24 weeks and the doc said that the baby's fine so I'm gonna say go ahead

I don't see why not. Have you been told otherwise? It's hard to keep track of what you can/cannot have while pregnant.
