Any advice/thoughts?

My last gyn check up and pap, it was brought to my attention for the second time that I have some signs of PCOS. Ever since I was told that, and I researched it more, I have been very worried about being infertile.

I have a scheduled ultrasound to check my ovaries here in a few weeks. It's all I think about all day long. I've never wanted anything more than to get pregnant. My boyfriend of 1-1/2 years and I both graduated from college recently and have full time jobs. Because I'm having my ultrasound, I have to be off birth control. We have talked, and agree that if we were to get pregnant it would be okay, so we have been having unprotected sex.

I'm worried that if I don't start trying to get pregnant now, it might not happen. Any advice/thoughts?

Omg I'm in the same boat here! We are actively trying though to conceive and my ovarian ultrasound is May 17th to find out if I have PCOS and I'm freaking out. Been off of birth control since last summer, and I'm trying not to stress because they say it can take a normal healthy couple a year on average to conceive.

I have PCOS and I've been pregnant 3 times! I did have 2 miscarriages but that was due to low progesterone, not the PCOS. I got on Metformin which helps PCOS and felt so much better. I had more energy, my acne went away, and I started to lose weight. It balanced my hormones and I got pregnant with my rainbow baby and everything has been perfect.

Any advice/thoughts?
