Lower back pain??

Question

I'm having the absolute worst pain in my lower back area, like VERY low, it almost spreads to my backside. It feels like I pulled the muscles and hurts the most when I stand up from bending over or if I twist a certain way. 
I'm 7w 5d and just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Should I see a chiropractor?

Same here! I'm only 5 weeks but so worried it was something bad. Everything I've read though says it's normal. As long as you aren't bleeding or having severe cramps, it seems like it's okay. Feel better!

Back pain is normal. Massages always help too.  My back pain was super intense early on in pregnancy and has returned now that I'm later in pregnancy

I get it if I'm stood or sat too long as soon as I feel it coming I have to quickly have a lay down, I guess it's normal in pregnancy but it's not nice 😔
