What do you use most//comment why you use that particular one

Ive only ever had 2 periods and I'm struggling to decide what to use. So far I've only used pads 😬

Tampons can be tricky to get the hang of at first but once you've had practise they're very easy. I like them because there's little/no mess and they're simple. Pads I found very uncomfortable, diaper-like and totally useless on days when you want to wear leggings or a thong. But they're somewhat "healthier" in terms of TSS risk and whatnot. Plus they're a good option for anyone who feels uncomfortable putting anything up their vag. I have yet to experience a menstral cup but I've heard good things and bought one for myself for my next cycle so I can't weigh in on that as of yet. They all have pros and cons to them it's just preference and what you're most comfortable using

I used only pads for a long time before I tried tampons (my mom was weird about tampons so I couldn't get them until I could buy them myself). But since then I only use tampons during the day & pads at night. As long as you follow the directions for tampons correctly you shouldn't even feel them! But you have to be sure to not keep them in too long 😊
