Help!

Currently on day 42 of my cycle with 1 positive urine test and 2 negatives, as well as a negative blood test. I've had no signs of my period or any bleeding. I'm never late like this. The veins in my boobs and aereolas are extremely visible as well as my boobs feeling larger. I've been nauseous, bloated, moody, insomnia, and vivid crazy dreams. I have a doctors appointment scheduled for next Thursday, but I'm literally driving myself insane over here y'all. I just wanna know what's going on!! Has this ever happened to any of y'all and is there anything you suggest??
