Vagina probs.

Soooo lately ive been having some off colored Discharge. Kind of yellowish. Ive taken yeast imfection pills ovee the counter . and its still there. Not only is it yellowish in my underwear it gets kind of crusty and dry and idk whats going on. Ive only hsd 1 sex partner . who've both been each others only sex partner. Only thing is i know this is gross but instrad of lube we just use salavia. Could that be the problem. If so how can i make it go away. Please I NEED ANSWERS THANKS
