High pH caused by acidic foods and drink kills sperm apparently and no matter how much you do the baby dance it won't help you. You need to eat an alkaline based diet to correct pH.

I had heard this but I started doing a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in about 4 oz of water and downing it in the morning. It's not pleasant but if I get through it quick enough it's not so bad. Lol
