Chest pains.

I'm having bad chest pains, my boyfriend is at work and I'm at home with my two year old, I can't hardly pick her up and everytime she throws herself at me I want to scream. It's been lie this for 2 days, I can hardly breathe, but I don't know if I should go to a hospital or not. The medical bills alone terrify me, but if I call a doctor they'll just say go to the ER and hang up on me. I don't know what to do on getting worried
