Grandpa

Ladies I need help, my grandpa 74, in July 75 is forgetting​ everything...I will set a drink down in front of him and he will remind me about it 5 minutes later. It's not just things like that we will be talking about something and he will just hand me stuff. I love him to death and I hate to see him like this, I live with my grandparents because I have a bad relationship with my parents. I really don't know what to do.
