what do I do now??

Its been a week since I started bleeding and cramping. I went to the lab Monday and they confirmed that my hcg levels are going down. I've accepted I'm having a miscarriage but what do I do now? My ob was an hour away and I switched to one nearby for the pregnancy.my first app was June 1st but I'm technically a new patient there.i called and the nurse told me to go to the er to see how I need to go about making sure the miscarriage is completed. I have to work all weekend and no one knows that I was pregnant. I want to keep it that way. Can I wait until Monday night so that I'm off Tuesday or so I need to go tonight?
