what would you do?

Okay so for the past month and a half my fiancé has constantly been on his phone. I have told him many times how it makes me feel and how I would like it if he would put it down sometimes and actually spend time with me instead of on his phone and he says he will stop being on it so much but nothing changes . He isn't doing anything inappropriate on his phone but he is literally always on it. If he isn't at work, he's on his phone. Never spending time with me and even if I start talking to him he doesn't even look up usually. All I want him to do is spend a LITTLE bit of time with me. I feel like just the nanny and maid what would you ladies do? I need advice 😞
