Padded bras - help!!

So I'm a B cup and I usually wear bras that are pretty padded, not rediculously padded but maybe medium padding, and they are B cups. Makes me look almost like I have a C cup. It looks super porpotional when I wear shirts but when I take the bra off it's like, disappointing 😂 Do you think I shouldn't be wearing padded bras? They're from victoria secret. Any suggestions on bras that aren't padded or very slightly padded that still make size B boobs look good? Any advice would help thanks ladies ❤
