menstrual cup insertion tips??

Does anyone have any tips for inserting your menstrual cup if you're a beginner and/or virgin?? I seem to have mastered removal but I really struggle to get it in... I don't know if I'm doing it at the wrong angle or something

I usually stand with one foot on the toilet to help me reach and "open" my vagina a bit. I usually fold my cup into a U shape and place it in. If you're a beginner you can also you lubricant at first to help make insertion smoother. To ensure it's in the right place I always put one finger in after and run it around the outside of the cup to make sure it has opened properly and forms a suction. I'd rather get a bit bloodier when inserting (since I'll be washing my hands anyway) than have it in the wrong place and leaking later. Once it's in the right spot then unless you have a super heavy flow you can leave it for 12 hours so once you've got it down they are fantastic. I remember getting it slightly wrong several times when first using it and I wasn't a virgin at all I was 27 and had had two children. It's just a case of getting used to it. Once you've got it in the right place a few times you'll know when it feels right vs when it's wrong. You should really be able to feel it all that much when it's in the right place. Another idea for a beginner is maybe hop in the shower and then try popping it in and removing it several times in a row to practice.

There is a YouTube channel That is called "Put A Cup In It" and there is a video where they insert a cup into a plastic vagina. It sounds wierd, but it is really helpfull. It really had the shape of a vag. Most people show it with there hands, but I think That That is unclear.

It took me awhile to figure out too lol

You can try different folds (you can look them up on google images). 
You can try angling it downwards toward the floor instead of straight in. 
If you usually sit when you insert it, you can try standing and putting one leg up on the toilet.
