Medium brown discharge

I've been getting a heavy brown discharge from about 5 weeks which would have been seen at night and during the day.

Had a trans vg ultrasound which only showed a gestational sac at (5 weeks + 2 days). No yilk sac was seen. I was told to return in a few weeks as it could be either 1. Early pregnancy 2. Blighted ovum or 3. Missed miscarriage.

Now at 6 weeks the night time is free and clear of the discharge but it reappears in the morning. I would get a cramp here or there nothing to freak out about.

Any thoughts/ ideas?????
