Has anyone experienced this?

So I took a test today and it said I was pregnant! The second line was faint, but nonetheless I didn't need a test to tell me. I have felt so different just in the first 10 days. My back has never hurt so bad in my life, I am feeling a pressure in my lower abdomen. It doesn't hurt unless I sneeze or cough. But this feeling is just more of an annoyance in the sense I just feel it all the time. Is it normal to be experiencing some pressure or sharp pain when you cough in your lower abdomen this early on?
