So I'm 22 days postpartum and I am moving to a new place house today. I wanted to know if it was safe for me to help my husband move the furniture like the beds and stuff? I am still bleeding and I'm slowing recovering from giving birth. Should I help him? Or is a risk as I don't want to hurt my self or tear again.
