My husbands parents and grandfather have been a nightmare when it comes to all things with this baby. The moment we found out we were pregnant, they started referring to the baby as Richard (his grandfathers name). We let it go, then fought it, then ignored it. Now that we know it's a girl, they wanted us to name her Ricki Jean (cue Billie Jean by Michael Jackson) or Richelle.
The best way we thought make the madness stop is to announce her name
