fake preg sign...?

Okay so I promised I wouldn't get my hopes about about fake pregnancy signs this tww. After ttc 2 years 8 months now and after every tww having fake pregnancy signs then never and I mean NEVER ending up pregnant... now I have a new pregnancy sign that I think I'm just clinging to just because I've not exprerienced it before.... okay so I have a water infection and I read somewhere that early pregnancy hormones changes the urinary tract and can cause water infection..... this ever happen to anyone....???
