baby stopped kicking?

Question

I'm 24 weeks on Monday, and haven't felt the baby kick in a few days. Should I be concerned? He normally kicks a lot. Any tricks on how to get him kicking more?

Update: thank you to everyone who was concerned. I called my OB and she told me to go into the hospital, they hooked me up to an NST and he is okay!

Try drinking some very cold sugary drink and laying down, that should get the baby to kick in like 10-15 mins. Anyways, at 24 weeks, the movements are not regular as it is still early. But if you are worried afterwards you should really talk to your doctor. I would call and ask.

Call your midwife/doctor, any decrease in movement should be reported and checked out just to be safe, wishing the best for you 💕

Orange juice is what we use when people come in for decreased movement.  It also call and go have a NST done. They'll hook you up to the monitor and watch baby for an hour

That's normal coz baby is still kinda small it's when you get passed 27 weeks you'd worry don't worry tho I went through the same thing I got taken to hospital because of it and they reassured me it's normal as baby has a lot of room to move about xx

When get worried I play some up beat music by my belly.  Both of my girls would start getting down lol best of luck to you sweetie.

Eat food and drink sweet drinks. That should do the trick. If you feels something is not right, call your doctor.
