Me and My Fiancé are TTC

So march 27 my fiancé and I have decided that we were finally ready to try having a baby. Now, I never thought or even imagined how difficult this could be considering all my life I've been told becareful of getting pregnant. I thought it was like catching the chicken pox, that's how easy I thought it was. I've tracked everything, my ovulation, my periods, everything. I'm 21 years old. Have been together for 5 years with my fiancée. We make well enough money to support ourselves, pay our rent and raise a child. We can do it, no problem. I just took a pregnancy test today, which to my disappointment came back negative. I have a tipped uterus as well but I never imagined it would interfere.  I plan to go to the doctors to get a professional opinion, but ladies help me.. any advice ? Feeling more defeated then ever before.
