Which kegel balls work best?

I want to get some for obvious reasons haha but there is so many typres to choose from.. i dont like the sound of the ones that arent conected together i read on a facebook page that a lady lost one inside her- didnt read all the comments to know if she found it or what but this really scares me.. i dont wanna fish for lost balls 😂
