what is happening!!!!

I'm freaking the hell out. I've been eating those pregnancy sour drops (you can get them pretty much anywhere) I ate a lemon one & it burned the inside of my mouth, my mouth was peeling & it was kind of painful well today the entire back of my throat is red with white patches. Has anyone ever experienced this in pregnancy???
