pregnancy/dermatologist

Have any of you had to go to a dermatologist during pregnancy? My face and back are soooooo bad. I got a facial for Mother's Day and the lady told me to get to a dr asap cause it was "stage 4" acne. I went to a dermatologist today and the dr just seemed 100% annoyed that I was pregnant and basically said there was nothing he could do and to come back when I'm not pregnant or nursing. I just felt like that was really rude and unprofessional. Thoughts?
