Dermatologist

I have an appointment on Thursday with a dermatologist. I smell so bad. No deodorant that I have tried works for me. It's been like this for years. I'm only going now because I'm so tired of it and because my insurance covers it. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm kind of hoping they give me a prescription deodorant or something.
