evaporation line

Hey ladies I have been trying to conceive for about 8 months. Me and my fiancé have been through a lot these past 5 years and are planning to get married in October. We have two nephews and just both love kids. I had been feeling really cramping for the last three weeks which would have been around the time I conceived. I started to spot a little yesterday but when tmi I wiped there was a lot so anyway I was taking out my trash and noticed this. Is this just an evaporation line.
