Is this early labor?
For the last hour and a half I have been tracking some mild period like cramps. They are radiating from my lower back across my lower abdomen sometimes a little into my thighs. You can see they aren't consistent it's been about 15 minutes since the last one. I'm 40 weeks today! Is this early labor or just 'practice' lol
