doctors pregnancy test

So im late either 6 days or 3 days (track my period in different apps) i took a digital pregnancy test & it came out negative but everyone here told me it could be wrong. I have no symptoms besides anxiety symptoms from the panic im having for not starting. Tomorrow i have an appointment with my doctor for a follow up, but if i ask for a pee pregnancy test will they be able to detect it for me & be more accurate than the digital test i took?
