Getting Teeth Pulled Out Today - 25 Weeks Pregnant

Dentist wants to take out 3 teeth that are already broken and have decay on them.

I'm scared it's gonna harm our little baby girl.

I know that decay on teeth in general can hurt the baby, but I'm scared of them taking the tooth out and swallowing something accidentally.....

Should I worried?

I just need some support.

Prayers that nothing goes wrong....

And another question, I had a tooth X-ray down last time I had my tooth checked while pregnant, at the time I was 18 weeks if I'm not mistaken. They put two vests on my chest and belly one on top of the other and swore it wouldn't hurt baby. But I'm 25 weeks and 2 days today and I can almost be sure their gonna wanna take another tooth X-ray..... will it hurt baby? Taking X-rays so close together?
