No idea if this is normal HELP!

Went to the bathroom and heard/felt this pop and from the looks of it lost the rest of my mucus plug. After I felt/heard the pop it felt like a ton of pressure went away but now I'm back in bed with back pain really bad and some Braxton hicks. I'm 35 weeks today and he is measuring a week ahead (36 weeks) is this normal?
