anyone use endometrin to help with short cervix?

I'm about 19 weeks and 3 days and expecting a baby boy in oct! I had my anatomy ultrasound last Friday and it showed that my cervix was on the short side measuring 2.8cm. My OB decided to place me on endometrin progestone suppositories to help lengthen/strengthen my cervix. Anyone else been in the same boat? I've been feeling terrible bloat, cramping, and exhaustion on top of being pregnant. I've also been an emotional wreck.. anyone else experience these side effects? I keep on thinking is it me, is the baby ok, or the endometrin? Just needing some
