Coil removal - could I be pregnant or too soon?

I had my Mirena Coil removed on March 28th. No bleeding after removal but I had my first period from April 17th to 21st. Period was due yesterday but no sign and (TMI alert) still having lots of watery (sometimes creamy looking but watery) discharge. Had some cramping last week and have had really achey heavy boobs for about 10/11 days now. Other than that, no common pregnancy signs. Too nervous to do a test in case it's a negative. Just wanting to see what people's thoughts are on if it's too early to have fallen or worth the plunge to do a test?
