TTC with Fibromyalgia and worried it won't happened.

We just started trying this month and we had sex in the days the app said I was ovulating, this was last week. And now I'm beginning to feel the symptoms of PMS (cramps, boobs sore, bloating, fatigue, back ache) and it makes me think that I probably won't be testing positive any time soon.

I know the chances of getting pregnant right away aren't high but I was hoping I might get a miracle since I've always wanted to have a baby as well as him. This is very important for us, so I won't be the only one disappointed if the PgT (pregnancy test) is negative or if I get my period next week.

I had a dream that I got pregnant but it's not too say it's going to happen, althought it would be wonderful if that dream came true.

Feeling emotional at the moment.

Need baby dust sent my way.

UPDATE: Forgot to mention another reason why I'm concerned is bcuz I have Fibromyalgia and have to take lots of meds. I've been trying to reduce the amount of those meds I'm taking, but I feel as though it will affect my chances even though my Dr said it wouldn't affect the development but that I should stop all meds if I became pregnant and would only be able to take Tylenol 650 around the clock. (Not that it would help much)
