Missed/late pills? No period yet. Help!

Hi ladies! So I'm new to this app. And figured I'd try it out. I have a question. Sunday I finished my last pill of the pack. Im on the combination pill. I am very bad with taking pills at right time. So I know for a fact I never took it at the same time any day. I did miss a 2 pills on consecutive days but did take them together as soon as I remembered..not sure if that was okay to do. Im now on day 3 after finishing the pack and still no signs of AF! I have been sexually active with my fiance! No other BC method is being used. And I have a white discharge, not much but I have it. I also have minor breast tenderness and minor cramps. Could it be I'm preggo? Or too early to know? Or just AF late because of the discontrol with taking the pills? Help! Thanks!

Oh and also, I was put on the pill because I have Pcos. Which is basically to regulate my period. I've only been on the pill 3 months. And since I started my period has arrived just fine. Just not this time.
