Had to take an extra pill after throwing up

I was on vacation and heavily liquidated, but I took my pill on time. Then an hour later I threw up, so I took another about 2 hours later when I felt better and it stayed down. My pill comes with 3 months of boxes and I had to take an extra from one of them to make up for the double dosage. If I call my OBGYN will they give me a single box? I don't want to be one pill off a month from now.
