Britax Boulevard Click-tight Car seat with Newborn?

Has anyone used a Britax Boulevard Clicktight Car seat for a newborn? This is my third baby and I've been debating rather or not I should just forget about the infant carrier car seat. The infant carrier car seat  the baby will only be in for a year vs. a convertible car seat that the baby can stay in for a few years. I'm sure I'll need an infant car seat insert but still something I'm not sure of. Anyone used a convertible car seat from the beginning? Love it? Hate it? Recommendations? Please Help!
