Pregnant at 9weeks PP

I'm pregnant again and I do not live or financially rely on my parents. I live with my boyfriend. My family is mad that I'm pregnant again and Idk why. We tried to conceive again as we want our babies this close together. Some of my family even thinks I should abort....what do I do? How can I convince them to be happy for me?
