possible pcos or not?

I'm a size 8 girl, struggling to conceive for plus 6 months now and have facial hair issues and acne for as long as I can remember. I have 3 kids, youngest 4 who I fell pregnant with first month all 3 times so I know something isn't right with my body right now. 27 day cycles and light periods.
Wondering if it's pcos and if anyone else has the same symptoms as me? Or similar symptoms and a different diagnosis.
I just know my doctor won't want to know as not been a year but I just feel I know my body and know something is wrong as I fell very easy the other times.
