ITCHING, BLEEDING, AND BURNING HELP!!!

My vagina is itching,bleeding, and burning when I pee. I think the bleeding is from too much tension from rubbing it with tissue to stop the itching. The itching is mild btw and I thought I had I yeast infection two weeks ago so I used monistat but now it's starting up again and it doesn't feel like before. IDK WHAT THIS COULD BE 😤
