prenatal vitamins starting to get me sick

I found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks, and ever since I been taking my prenatal vitamins . I had NO problem with it up until recently . I'm now 16 weeks and I feel like every time I take my vitamins if I drink water too soon or anything I feel sick. And I end up throwing up. Has this happened to anyone else?
