Pain...and lots of it...

I'm 16+2, has anyone ever had so much pelvic pain this early ? It's hard to walk, lift my legs, etc. Feels like i got kicked in the hoo hoo with steel toed boots :'( also I have endometriosis :/ with 2 previous surgeries . Help?!
