Adult bedtime
What time do yall go to bed/ sleep. I am literally in bed by 8pm right after my children and im so freaking exhausted. But ive just realised... ive got no life! I used to sleep after 11pm! Now i have the routine of a child and its getting me depressed 😢
A mother all day and then too tired to enjoy my alone time. I feel like im going to go crazy arghhh
