chances of DS

What are the chances of baby having Down syndrome If she HAS a nasal bone? The drs don't want to do an amnio on me bc of the risk of preterm labor and me being anemic. He said nothing looks wrong with the heart but wouldn't do the test anyways. She has swelling on the forehead area but he said he's seen that with both "normal" and Down syndrome babies but the nasal bone is definitely there..
