Question about car loans & so on

I just turned 18 on the 13th of this month. I got my drivers license today, and wanted to know a few things about getting a loan and so forth. 

I would like to get a car, that i can pay off every month. The car i want is 9 thousand dollars, and if i were to get a 0% interest rate & $0 down for 60 months, it would be $166 or $167. So i was wondering, because i don't have any credit what so ever, i would like to start. I've herd of co-signing. So i was wondering if i can get a loan & have my father who has a credit score of 700 to be my co signer? Or is that not possible? Thanks in advance!
