I was 5 weeks pregnant with my first  I had morning sickness and extremely sore chest and the hospital did my test

and the second I found out at five weeks and my symptoms were pain in my side and I took a test and I went to get an ultrasound and there she was. My fiancé finally believed me after I showed the ultrasound.

I was so sensitive to the early symptoms that when the doctor ran the blood test I was just barely into the positive range (positive was anything over 20, my result was a 32). He had to retest in a week to make sure my HCG was rising appropriately. I was 12 days late with no positive at home result in sight. However, I was nauseous, exhausted, and my boobs were so unbelievably sore, which is why I asked my doc to order the blood test. I had also experienced light spotting and cramping not long before then, which was probably implantation bleeding/pain.

Everyone is different though. Many women don't know they're pregnant until they're already 6-8 weeks along.

Pregnancy symptoms vary from person to person and most if not all pregnancy symptoms are also symptoms for various other things such as period, ovulation, food poisoning, stomach virus, and other illnesses. You can never assume pregnancy based on symptoms alone. Some tests detect up to 5 days before your missed period. It's more accurate to test after you've missed your period (preferably a week after) as your cycle doesn't come on the same date every month, just around the same time.
