Anyone?

I made a post on the rant forum. Can someone tell me if they think this is normal post operative swelling or if it looks abnormal? I'm going to get a second opinion. Pretty sure my sons doctor is jank and I'm having a mental breakdown. Please comment. I appreciate emensley. Backstory: my son had a thyroglossal duct cyst removed by sistrunk procedure. Then 2 weeks later find another, get it "removed" assured it SHOULD not come back and he did indeed remove it. 3 days later,this. There was no swelling at removal of drain and bandage. Yet here this is. It is hard, and my gut is telling me it is no swelling. Can anyone offer any advice? I'm honestly freaking out.
