Biotin effects on menstrual cycle?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you have noticed differences in your menstual cycle after taking a biotin vitamin?  My period is usually about 2-3 days and I don't usually get cramps or any side effect except for sore breasts but since I've started taking biotin pills I have no warning of when my period is going to come.  My chest doesn't get sore any more and this is now the second month that my period isn't starting on time.  The first time I chalked it up to stress going through a really hard breakup.  Does anyone have any insight?

Congrats your healthy !!! Sometimes when a woman is starting her period, things are thrown off balance. This normally happens if you DONT follow a healthy lifestyle. Im not talking basic exercise and eat to keep off pounds. I'm talking about eating to heal and exercising to keep things circulating as they should. Truth is MAJORITY of people DO NOT!!! It's not satisfying and we don't always have knowledge and access to things we truly need. PMS, cramping, extremely heavy periods, mood swings, breast pains. All of them are chemical and hormonal reactions in the body. When a woman's body is set, those things "normal" things are eliminated. Most healers can know what your body is lacking based off the symptoms your body has. Even with things we consider normal like aching cramps or heavy periods. When everything is in place, our bodies function as it should. Biotin works for the cardiovascular system as well as other things. Whatever your body was lacking before, the biotin seems to be filling that gap.
