Preferred method to groom bikini?

I'm wondering what everyone's preferred method of grooming is. Personally, I've only ever shaved. However in interested in exploring other options because within 24 hours I have stubble again and the irritation can be bothersome. I'm nervous about waxing or make only because of how sensitive the area is. So... how does everyone make their kitty cute??

Nair (if it's been a while) or shave. Or both. I know wax gets all the creases but....... no one but my SO and ob/gyn is getting that close!

Waxing isn't that painful if the person knows what they're doing. It feels like getting your eyebrows waxed but it gets more intense the lower down they go. If the tech applies pressure after pulling off the hair it helps alleviate the pain so much. Take a pain pill before you go and make sure the hair isn't too long. I would wax more often but I always find something better to do with the money l. It cost about $50 for a Brazilian where I live.
