Tired all the time?

This is my first pregnancy.   I stay tired all the time.  Like I need a nap as soon as I come home from work or I can't function.  Is this normal?  Anyone else staying extremely just blah tired?

I heard once that a pregnant woman's body works harder at rest than a marathon runners does while running. Your body is making a human! Totally normal to be tired 😴 It gets a little better during the second trimester (at least it did for me) but the third trimester is just as bad lol. Rest up!!! ❤️

Almost 29 weeks and I'm still very tired all of the time. Not sure when and or if this whole burst of energy thing is ever going to happen

Totally. I feel like I'm m going to fall asleep in my dinner mid-chew on a nightly basis. Sometimes I get such brain fog that I literally get this weird feeling in my forehead. This is my first pregnancy too, but that's totally normal. Apparently it just gets worse until your second trimester and then gets s lot better.

Oh yes. I didn't really have nausea or morning sickness but my energy level was zapped. If I wasn't napping I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat.
