help😫😫

Hi everyone , I'm currently 34+5 and was in hospital Saturday with tightenings / contractions! They were going to admit me over night but they had settled down so I was aloud home. Yesterday I had them again so I went back to the hospital but they were to busy and had no beds , so I went home and rested they told me to call if anything had changed. Now today I have some awful period type pains constantly there, diarrhoea & low back ache ... something just doesent feel right , could this mean anything at all?
